If a printed sheet is printed with 8 page numbers, and if the number of words in the book content is arranged to 64 (multiple of 8), it just needs 8 whole printed sheets, which is a perfect condition. There are thousands of books in real life, and the page numbers are not all so coincidental, that is to say, there are incomplete printed pages that cannot be filled. In the above example, if the content of the book is only 60 pages, how to arrange it? Do you want to discard the last 4 pages and leave them blank? (1) if the page number of the book is exactly a multiple of 32, such as 128 pages and 256 pages, it is easy to arrange the page number directly according to the above page number

(2) if the book has 33 pages of words, except for 32 pages of the whole printed sheet, the film of the remaining page 33 is processed independently and pasted onto the large film for re exposure. In the actual process, it is generally only spliced to 8 Kai (i.e. 0.25 printed sheet), rather than 16 copies as the whole printed sheet. Then the whole folio is covered and exposed for 4 times. If there are words on page 34, it is the same as page 33, but there are words on the back, that is to say, the situation of odd and even pages is the same

(3) if the book has 42 Pages of words. Remove the 32 pages of the whole sheet and the remaining 10 codes

10 32=0.3125

if it is spelled as 33 pages, the remaining 3 white pages (6 pages) cannot be taken by the electro-hydraulic servo material testing machine. At this time, you need to add white pages into 12 codes

(4) if the book has 50 pages of words, the same as the above principle, there are 18 pages except for 32 pages of full printed sheets, of which 16 pages are printed with 0.5 sheets. Two exposures show that the tension of the whole print on the hair bundle is ≥ 8N, the bending resistance of the handle of the adult toothbrush is ≥ 80N, or the deformation limit range is endless. of course, some people will say that these special page numbers can be avoided by other special folding methods, such as parallel folding and mixed folding.
