Safety measures for bridge and culvert operations

1. During drilling operations, it is strictly forbidden for unauthorized people to approach the pile hole, so as to avoid accidentally falling into the hole or being injured by hammers

2. Large mechanical equipment should be commanded by a specially assigned person, and no one is allowed to stand under the boom

3. When working at heights above 3M above the ground and on steep slopes, you must wear safety helmets, fasten safety belts or safety ropes, and do not wear spikes or slippery shoes. Before each use of the safety belt and safety rope, the user must check it in detail. The section (team) should make an appraisal every half a year. The method is: static load test: pull with a static load of 3000n for 5min; Impact test: the weight of 800N increased by 35.8% year-on-year, and the body fell freely from 3m height and hung in the air. Those passing the inspection shall be marked as qualified

4. The use of scaffold must meet the requirements of safe work. The scaffold shall be erected firmly, and the scaffold board shall extend the cantilever, which shall be in the charge of a specially assigned person. It shall be inspected and repaired frequently, and floating activities are not allowed. The materials used in the scaffold must be tough and durable, and the size must meet the following requirements: 1 The diameter of the small end of the effective part of the pole: the wooden pole shall not be less than 70mm, and the bamboo pole shall not be less than 80mm. 2. The diameter of the small end of the effective part of the cross bar: the wood bar shall not be less than 80mm, and the bamboo bar shall not be less than 90mm

5. The thickness of scaffold board is not gradually established, and the three manufacturing bases in Xiamen, East China and southwest China should be less than 50mm. The paving slope should not be steeper than 1:3, and the steep slope part should be nailed with anti-skid wooden strips. The scaffold board joint shall be set on the brace and shall not be suspended

6. The load of scaffold shall not exceed 2700n per square meter, and the spacing between scaffold poles shall not be greater than 1.5m (except those approved by inspection and calculation)

7. When using round steel bends to make scaffolds, the diameter of double hook round steel shall not be less than 22mm, the diameter of single hook round steel shall not be less than 25mm, the steel shall not have cracks, rust and other defects, and the quality of steel hooks shall be checked according to the regulations

8. The length of iron nails for nailing scaffold board shall not be less than 100mm; The iron nails on the removed wooden scaffold board and model board should be removed or expanded in time. The rack steel extra thick plate, large wall thickness half chord pipe, large-size seamless support pipe, titanium alloy oil well pipe, X80 deep-sea water separation pipe and welding materials, large-diameter deep-sea transmission hose, polar low-temperature steel, etc. should be developed and mass produced

9. When erecting and dismantling scaffolds close to overhead lines, a safe distance should be reserved in strict accordance with the provisions of the power supply department (generally more than 2m for power lines and more than 1m for lighting lines): attention should be paid at all times during operation to prevent touching overhead lines

10. The steep slopes and slippery places that often pass up mountains and rivers should be equipped with walking steps, and railings should be set if necessary: safety piles can be built for temporary access, and safety ropes can be tied

11. When using the mobile working frame, especially when the mobile working frame is hooked on the handrail of the bridge sidewalk, the sidewalk, bracket U-bolts and the working frame should be checked in detail, and the strength of the main control points of the sidewalk and the overturning stability of the beam should be checked at the same time. It is not allowed to work on shelves without inspection and calculation or the calculation results do not comply with relevant safety regulations. The personnel shall hold firmly and step firmly when climbing. When there is no isolation equipment, double-layer operation is prohibited

12. The air and water pipes passing on the bridge deck must be tied firmly and shall not invade the gauge

13. When carrying out bridge concreting or other lifting operations, it is forbidden to pull the steel wire rope or lifting rope by hand

14. In case of sliding layer, crack, water immersion, etc., the foundation pit wall must be supported by bracing or the slope must be improved. It is not allowed to pile soil and place heavy objects such as materials and tools near the foundation pit

15. When two people cooperate in masonry chiseling or manual drilling, they should wear protective glasses. It is forbidden to hammer face to face or wear gloves. They should wear protective gloves when drilling

16. Bridge and culvert construction operations shall not be launched in the following classic cases: the work area is located in mountainous areas in case of flash floods. When dealing with water disasters, attention should be paid to whether there are hollows, collapses and other abnormalities near the construction site and buildings, and safety protection measures should be taken in time
