(II) key inspection items during the operation of 220kV single tie line and single bus:

1) the operation attendant shall pay attention to monitoring the active and reactive power flow of the tie line during the power failure of the tie line according to the force required for the expansion and tearing of the 220kV single tie line and the operation of the generator unit of our company. The shift chief operator shall give unified command and arrangement, and require all disciplines to make accident prediction

2) adjust the reactive load of the generator in time according to the actual operation situation

3) the electrical operation attendant shall carefully check the temperature measurement according to the defects of the current operating equipment

4) the electrical operation attendant shall carefully check the power supply of the security section. If a trip accident occurs during the operation of a single tie line and a single bus, it shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the on-site procedures to ensure safe shutdown

5) the electrical operation attendant shall strengthen the patrol inspection and temperature measurement of the primary equipment of the booster station

6) the electrical operation attendant shall carefully check the protection and signal circuits in the control and protection room

7) the electrical operation attendant shall strengthen the inspection of the control DC and UPS systems

8) the electrical operation attendant shall strengthen the inspection of centralized control UPS, DC room and battery

9) the diesel generator must be in good hot standby condition and tested regularly

(III) 220kV single tie line and single bus operation measures:

1) during the operation of 220kV single tie line, if #2 unit trips due to an accident, it shall be handled in accordance with the accident handling principles specified in the operation procedures

2) principle treatment steps for 220kV bus fault or 220kV single tie line trip:

(1) immediately check the protection action of primary equipment and control protection room of 220kV booster station; And report to the dispatcher in time

(2) the 220kV single tie line trips, or the bus differential protection of the operating bus acts. At this time, the 202 switch at the outlet of #2 main transformer and the 200A switch at the high voltage side of the startup and standby transformer, the 251 switch of Fengwo line I or the 252 switch of Fengwo line II should all trip. If it does not trip, it should be manually opened. In case of 6kV auxiliary power loss, check the start-up load condition of the diesel generator, and monitor the operation parameters of the diesel generator to operate within the allowable range. In case of serious overload operation, report to the shift supervisor, and cut off some loads that will not affect safety. If the diesel generator cannot be started, closely monitor the DC bus voltage and the discharge current of the battery. If the voltage drops too fast or the discharge current is too large, report to the shift supervisor in time, Stop some unimportant loads, and ensure that the connection will not affect the safe operation of DC oil pump and UPS, so as to ensure the safe shutdown of the unit

(3) report the on-site situation to the dispatcher on duty in time, isolate the fault part, restore the equipment to meet the power transmission conditions, and follow the instructions of the dispatcher on duty for further treatment
